Our Bearded Triticale is a cross between wheat and rye. It is a drought-tolerant variety, exhibiting excellent vigor and high yields. This cool-season crop is planted in the spring or fall for rapid growth and higher production than other winter forage crops.
When planted in the fall, growth will be similar to oats, with the potential for 24" growth.
