Description
Firewheel is an impressive and beautiful Native flower that grows 12 to 30 inches tall and thrives in heat. Firewheel blooms from mid-summer until frost and is an astonishing cut flower.
This Native Wildflower can often be seen growing along roadsides, in fields and pastures, sometimes covering large areas. Flower heads have Daisy-like blossoms with dark reddish-brown domed centers with red rays marked with brilliant yellow on the ends of the petals.
